3. Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a Nigerian resident with valid identification
• Have a verifiable source of income
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pass our verification and credit assessment process

4. Application Process

When you submit an application:

• You authorize us to verify your information with third parties
• You consent to credit checks and background verification
• You agree that approval is subject to our assessment criteria
• You understand that application does not guarantee approval

5. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure includes:

• Processing Fee: A one-time non-refundable fee charged for processing your application
• Interest Rate: Monthly interest applied to the financed amount
• Late Payment Fee: Charges for missed or delayed payments
• Default Charges: Additional fees for loan defaults

All fees are clearly disclosed before you accept the loan offer.

6. Repayment Obligations

You agree to:

• Make monthly payments on or before the due date
• Maintain sufficient funds in your designated account
• Notify us immediately of any payment difficulties
• Complete the full repayment as per the agreed schedule

7. Default and Consequences

In case of payment default:

• Late payment fees will be applied
• Your credit score may be negatively affected
• We may report defaults to credit bureaus
• Legal action may be taken to recover outstanding amounts
• Your access to future services may be restricted

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Notifying us of any unauthorized account access

9. Limitation of Liability

Rentspay+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet repayment obligations.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law. The venue for arbitration shall be Abuja, Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
